NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Louetta Woods Community Association, Inc. will hold a regular meetings held at the Goodwin & Company’s Office Address: 28420 Hardy Toll Road, Ste. 210, Spring, TX 77373. Open session is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., and visitors are welcome. The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports. If you wish to be scheduled to speak at this meeting, please contact the Association’s office at (281) 852-1155 not later than the week prior to the scheduled meeting.

Guests are asked to limit their input to 5 minutes. Items that may be discussed in Executive Session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board. Louetta Woods History

Building began around 2000, and was finished by 2004. 130 homes in the subdivision nestled in the middle of Spring, TX. Convenient to Conroe, Woodlands, Greenspoint, and Downtown, we truly are in a wonderful place to live.

Louetta Woods is nestled between Spring-Cypress and Louetta on Louetta Glen, just west of I-45 in Spring, TX. The current annual assessment rate is $435.00 per year payable annually on January 1. Any assessment not paid within thirty days after the due date bears interest at the rate of eighteen percent per annum. The Louetta Woods Community Association utilizes Goodwin & Company to manage billing and collection of assessment fees.
